What does luxury for a resort/villa mean to me?
Luxury to me is about paying attention to the little things rather than always spending a lot of money, a state of great comfort or elegance. I want my client to have access to all amenities. Having amenities like a helipad, yacht, royal car services for guests, and much more luxury equipment, will ensure that guests have no issues and can satisfy all of their needs with a state of extreme luxury or sophistication. In my design, I want to make use of sustainable and locally available materials like raw concrete, bricks, wood, cane, and ecological furnishings

The stunning Master bedroom on the upper level is extremely grand and spacious with modern, contemporary furnishings. The villa provides discerning guests with everything they need and more. It is stylishly furnished with high quality designer furnishings throughout. There is a seamlessly blending of indoor and outdoor living. The unique designed garden leads to the sea and has walkways that simulate floating over lily ponds with LED lighting throughout. The crystal finish swimming pool also boasts LED lighting with views out to the glistening Caribbean Sea
The villa sits on 1.75 acres of beachfront and is located at the end of an extremely private road. The quiet and secluded location provides an ideal luxury hideaway. It is just a mile north of luxury shopping, restaurants and other popular attractions. luxury villa experience guests may enjoy the use of a ‘Vespa’ a Vanquish VQ54 boat with skipper along with 2wo chauffeured Audi Q7s
On this site they have used trees as a privacy barrier which is very aesthetically used. Concept of an open living room and beach facing swimming pool gives Luxurious feel to the site. Having food in the pool concept also highlights luxury to this villa. Having maximum opening on west provides natural ventilation and light
Outdoors there is a delightful 60 ft swimming pool with the in-pool dining, a beachside pavilion to relax and watch the sun go by, several areas with day-bed to retreat to and gated access leading directly to the beach where sunbeds can be set as required. The swimming pool features a built-in dining table perfect for entertaining guests on a warm Caribbean evening.
